custom slab surfacing
We provide flattening services for customer provided wood up to 56” wide and 13’ long using our SlabMizer MB200 Slab Flattener.
Wood surfacing is the process of planing lumber to make it smooth and uniform in thickness. It smooths marks from the mill and corrects any twisting or warping that occurs during drying. Wood must be sufficiently dry before flattening.
